This is a fabulous vertebrate replica. It is a large Mesosaurus braziliensis from Brazil. This specimen was acquired from the Richard Busch Collection. Richard was the Preparator/Asst. Curator at the North Museum in Lancaster, PA from 1965-1992. This Mesosaurus skeleton is large and quite impressive (replica is almost 2 feet across!). The detail is excellent, and the color is similar to the actual specimen. This is a very displayable Mesosaurus braziliensis replica made by, and acquired directly from, the Richard Busch Collection.
