This is a beautiful, classic US trilobite. It is a prone Eldredgeops milleri (Phacops rana milleri) from Ohio. This type is known for its large faceted compound eyes - this specimen doesn't disappoint, the eye facets are huge and flawless. The bug is perfectly outstretched and is extremely inflated, which gives it some character. The trilobite displays beautifully on a sliver of rock, making it look like it is almost free of matrix. This is a simply a fabulous display example of this famous Devonian trilobite from Ohio.
