Here is a wonderful trilobite trace fossil. It is a plate of trilobite trackways from the Mississippian of Indiana. These trackways are extremely long and have outstanding detail. You can easily see how the legs of the trilobite pushed up ridges of mud as the trilobite meandered along the sea floor bottom. The trackways are well presented on the large, natural plate of matrix. This is one of the largest and most distinctive trackway plates that we have ever seen. No trilobite collection is complete without a trilobite trackway, especially one like this.

This fossil was collected and obtained legally, and is also being sold legally. A Certificate of Authenticity from EXTINCTIONS is included with this specimen.
