This is a great example of a classic trilobite. It is an excellent Ogygiocarella debuchii from the United Kingdom. This specimen was acquired from a major British collection. This outstretched trilobite is wonderfully articulated and beautifully inflated. The entire exoskeleton is clearly defined - the bug exhibits superb detail. Both free cheeks are intact and tightly attached, which is somewhat unusual for this particular type of trilobite. The bug has very good natural color and striking contrast and is well presented on the natural plate of matrix. This is a top quality example of Ogygiocarella from England.

This fossil was collected and obtained legally, and is also being sold legally.
