This is a nice multiple plate of ammonites. It is a slab of Dactylioceras ammonites from Holzmaden, Germany. This plate has two complete Dactylioceras ammonites and another rare, smooth ammonite preserved. The ammonites have very good detail - the ribbing pattern is easily seen. The cephalopods are nicely spaced about the natural plate of shale. This is a displayable multiple plate of Dactylioceras and other ammonites from Germany.
