This is a very nice multiple seed fern specimen from the Pensylvanian of Missouri. The fossils are preserved in a siderite concretion, and both halves of the concretion are present, so you receive both part and counterpart of the fossil. There are two DIFFERENT TYPES of seed fern fronds displayed in the concretion, which is extremely unusual. The fossils are very detailed and have excellent natural color and contrast. This is a very collectible specimen that exposes two different fern fronds in the same concretion.
