Here is an extremely fine pair of fern fronds from the Coal Age. These distinct plants are from the Pennsylvanian of Poland. There are two very nice Neuropteris fern fronds on the slab. The fronds exhibit excellent detail. The slender stem is easily seen, and the individual leaves are clearly defined. The fossil plants have distinct, dark coloration and contrast wonderfully with the grey shale. This is a very displayable specimen of these cool fossil plants from Poland.
