This is a very rare multiple specimen of Eohiodon falcatus and Knightia eocaena from Wyoming. All three fossil fish have nice, brown coloration, which contrasts well with the cream-colored matrix. The fish have great bone structure and excellent fin and tail detail. The larger Eohiodon has an open mouth, and the large teeth display prominently. The fish are well displayed on the large, rectangular plate of matrix. This is a fine example of this rare predatory fish and its prey from the Green River Formation.
