This is an excellent Fungus Gnat (Mycetiphillidae) entombed in Dominican Amber. The large piece of fossilized tree resin has been highly polished on all sides to reveal the fine detail of the insect inclusion. The head, body, long legs, wings, and and even the antennae of the beast are clearly defined. The insect is easily seen in the yellow-orange piece of fossil ''ooze''. This is a very distinct example of a Fungus Gnat preserved in Oligocene amber (close-up photo is included for free).
