This is an unusual insect association fossil. There is an Ant (Hymenoptera) and a Fungus Gnat (Mycetophillidae) trapped in the amber piece. Both specimens have good detail. This is a nice piece of Baltic Amber with two different insects entombed (close-up photo is included for free).
