This is a very unusual inclusion in Baltic Amber. It is a large Fungus Gnat (Mycetophilidae) and two eggs trapped in Russian Amber. The Fungus Gnat is has great detail and is in a classic pose. You can easily see the two eggs to the upper left of the Gnat. It is very rare to find eggs preserved in fossil ooze (close up photo is included for free.)
