Nice Civil War Confederate $10 CSA Note - 1864
Stock Number  COIN310
EXTINCTIONS Choice

Name:   Confederate $10 CSA Note
Age:  Almost 150 years old!
Formation:  Richmond, Virginia
Size:  Bill is 6.9" X 2.8"

This is a very interesting historical item. It is a genuine Confederate Ten dollar bill from the Confederate States of America, Richmond, Virginia. This is a true piece of history as much as it is a bank note. This large-sized 1864 note displays superbly  - the calvary pulling a cannon and the portrait are easily seen. The back of the note has the beautiful aqua ink tones with the large "TEN" with the "10" in each corner. You can tell that these notes were crafted like a work of art and not just printed, as were so many of the pieces of the day. This is a highly collectible piece of Civil War memorabilia and Confederate States currency. (The note comes in an acid free acrylic holder for display and preservation.)
