Here is a very unusual trilobite. This is Eoharpes sp. from the Ordovician of Morocco. It has been quite a while since we have seen a specimen of this particular trilobite. Harpid trilobites are very rare and among the most collectible trilobites in the world. This type has an extremely broad cephalic brim with many pits and corrugations. This trilobite is not perfect, but it is probably the only split pair example you will ever see. This is a nice part/counterpart specimen of an extremely rare Eoharpes.
