Here is a very interesting fossil from the Pennsylvanian of Missouri. This is a very fine example of Fistulipora carbonaria, a large bryozoan colony, from Missouri. The fossil is extremely 3-dimensional and fully free of matrix. The fossil exhibits fine detail and good natural color, This is a collectible example of this very unusual bryozoan colony.
