Here is an extremely rare grouping of trilobite-eating organisms from the class, Merostomata and order, Aglaspida. These animals, Chlupacaris dubia, n. gen., n. sp., are some of the rarest and most unusual organisms to be found in these Ordovician layers. These excellent juvenile specimens have the textbook head and thorax extremely well preserved. The NATURAL red-orange color is quite beautiful and very easily seen. This is a collectible multiple specimen of these little-known and enigmatic arthropods from the Ordovician of Africa.
