Here is a beautiful Devonian trilobite. This is a wonderfully-prepared Paralejurus hamlagdadicus from Morocco. This sleek trilobite is beautifully outstretched, very nicely articulated, and extremely inflated and 3-D. Both free cheeks are present and tightly attached. The bug is very 3-dimensional and exhibits wonderful detail. The large eyes are well displayed, and the pleurons terminate in sharp points. The fossil has great, dark coloration that contrasts strikingly with the light-colored matrix. The trilobite is well positioned on the large, sculpted plate of dense limestone. This is a gorgeous specimen of Paralejurus hamlagdadicus from Morocco.
