This is a very rare Silurian association plate. It is a detailed example of Caryocrinites ornatus, a ventral Dalmanites limulurus, and 3-D bryozoan from the Rochester Shale of New York. This type of primitive echinoderm has a somewhat ovate cup comprised of large, highly ornamented plates - the plate structure of this specimen is easily seen. MANY arms are even preserved, and a long stem WITH HOLDFAST is still tightly attached (RARE). The fossils have very good color and contrast and are well showcased on the large, rectangular block of shale. This is a very unique specimen of Caryocrinites and Dalmanites from the Silurian of New York.
