This is a very unusual fossil. It is a Knightia eocaena fish with coprolite (poop) from the Green River Formation of Wyoming. Both the fish and coprolite are extremely detailed. The turd is the remnants of a meal that the fish had for dinner 50 million years ago. This is a very uncommon example of both a fish and a coprolite preserved on the same plate - what a conversation piece!
