This is a distinct plant fossil. It is a nice Seed Fern from the Permian of Germany. The central stem is easily seen, and the individual leaflets are beautifully displayed. The fossil plant has outstanding color and contrast and is well showcased on the natural plate of dense shale. This is an affordable specimen of a Seed Fern from the Permian of Germany.
