This is a very nice pair of fossil leaves. This is a wonderful double Viburnum asperum Leaf slab from a new find in the Paleocene of Montana. These distinct specimens have a great teardrop shape preserved - the reticulation and venation are also very clearly seen. The beautiful color makes for a striking display. The distinct leaves are well showcased on the large plate of shale. This is a very detailed pair of fossil leaves from an unusual location in Montana.
