This is a nice Extinct White Shark (Carcharocles megalodon) tooth from the Miocene of South Carolina. This Meg tooth is quite long and has the classic ''shark tooth'' shape intact. The enamel is natural and very well displayed. The sharp serrations are present and very easily seen, and the root is also nicely intact. The other side of the tooth is also well preserved - both sides display wonderfully. This is a cool, affordable fossil Meg tooth, from the ancient version of ''Jaws''.
