This is a fabulous fossil leaf. It is a wonderful Sapindus affinis Leaf from a new find in the Paleocene of Montana. This distinct specimen has a great teardrop shape - the reticulation and venation are very clearly seen. The beautiful color makes for a striking display. The detailed leaf is well showcased on the large, natural plate of shale. This is a very uncommon fossil leaf from an unusual location in Montana.

This fossil was collected and obtained legally, and is also being sold legally.
