Here is a very large plate of brachiopods from the Lower Devonian of Oklahoma. There are EIGHT specimens of Meristella atoka on this block. All of the brachiopods have both valves intact and tightly articulated. They are quite inflated and exhibit fine detail. A few of the brachiopods appear to have some type of epifaunal growth preserved. The fossils have very good color and contrast and are well presented on the natural block of limestone. This is a very nice multiple specimen of Meristella from the Haragan Formation.
