This is an extremely rare pair of fossil plants. These are an Unidentified Fruiting Body and Ampelopsis acerifolia Leaf from a new find in the Paleocene of Montana. These specimens have great detail - the reticulation is very clearly seen on each fossil. The natural color makes for a striking display. The large plants are well showcased on the large plate of shale. This is a very unusual pair of rare fossils from an unusual location in Montana.
