This is a very nice crinoid association piece. It is a pair of detailed Tholocrinus from Kentucky. This fossil was obtained from a major crinoid collector. The crinoids are very 3-dimensional and are very well articulated. The sea lilies have great detail preserved on the long, spiked arms. There is also a cool Archimedes bryozoan on the plate. This unusual, corkscrew-shaped bryozoan is only found in the Mississippian of North America! The fossils display very well on the large, natural plate. This is a very nice association specimen with two spiny crinoids and a bryozoan.
