This is a very impressive Great White Shark tooth. It is from the modern Great White Shark, Carcharodon carcharias. This is the famous shark that terrorizes swimmers every year, and is immortalized in the movie, ''Jaws''. This tooth is an upper, having the classic thick, triangular shape. The serrations and tip are razor-sharp and wonderfully intact. This is a very fine example of a modern Great White Shark tooth.
This fossil was collected and obtained legally, and is also being sold legally. A Certificate of Authenticity from EXTINCTIONS is included with this specimen.
