Teeny Tiny Baby Keichousaur with Teeth and Fingers

This is an extremely unusual vertebrate fossil. It is a complete baby Keichousaurus hui from China. Complete baby Keichousaurs are very rare in the fossil record. This specimen was meticulously prepared under a microscope in the EXTINCTIONS Prep Lab here in Colorado. This specimen has great detail for being a baby. Usually, babies do not have the finger bones and teeth fully developed - this specimen has excellent development on these features, and they display very well. All the individual ribs and vertebrae are intact and tightly articulated. In fact, the entire specimen has nearly perfect articulation present. And the skull is one of the most detailed we have ever seen - the orbits of the skull and teeth are very easily seen. Overall, this is one of the most detailed and intact baby Keichousaurs ever found, with NO RESTORATION WHATSOEVER. It is an extremely collectible "growth stage" vertebrate fossil from the Triassic.

This fossil was collected and obtained legally, and is also being sold legally. A Certificate of Authenticity from EXTINCTIONS is included with this specimen.
