Here are four extremely unusual fossil shark teeth. These are Lamna lereichei teeth from the Eocene of Alabama. These anterior teeth have very solid and substantial roots. All of the small cusplets are present on the sides of each tooth, and the pointed tips of the teeth are intact and quite sharp. The enamel is wonderfully displayed on both sides of the teeth. These are four very fine shark teeth from the Tallahatta Formation of Alabama.
This fossil was collected and obtained legally, and is also being sold legally.
