This is a very nice Carcharocles megalodon tooth from the Miocene of Chile. The tooth has a very solid and substantial root. The serrations are easily seen and the very tip of the tooth exhibits only a minute amount of natural wear. The enamel is beautifully preserved and has great natural color. This is a very attractive ''meg'' tooth from this exotic location.
