Here is a beautiful fossil reptile. It is a museum quality specimen of Keichousaurus hui from the Triassic of China. This dinosaur-like reptile is extremely well preserved and exhibits great detail. The head, long neck, body, limbs, and lengthy tail are all present. Many of the small teeth can be seen in the skull. The limbs are exquisitely displayed in the splayed position and even the tiny digits of the fingers are present. The dark black bones of the Keich are very robust and contrast wonderfully with the lighter-colored matrix. It is almost perfectly centered on the large rectangular plate. And it is 100% natural - no restoration whatsoever! This is a very collectible specimen of this dinosaur-like reptile.
