This is a fossil claw core from Ursus uralensis, a cave bear. This specimen is from the Pleistocene of Russia. Cave bear material is becoming increasingly difficult to obtain as the old caves have just about been collected out. This claw core is very 3-dimensional and nicely preserved. It even has the process that attached to the finger bone intact. This is a very interesting vertebrate fossil from the Ice Age.
