This is a genuine meteorite, an ancient piece of outer space. This specimen fell in the year 1516 in Nantan, China. Nantan iron meteorites represent a rare witnessed and documented meteorite fall. This meteorite contains 92% iron and 7% nickel. This specimen is quite thick and exhibits fine detail. This is a very nice piece of the history of the universe.
