This is a nice plate of lithographic limestone with two shrimp exposed. This specimen is from the Cenomanian Layers of Lebanon. The fossil shrimp have good color and contrast. The detail of the shrimp is easily seen. There are a few dendrites (pyrolusite) present on and around the shrimp. This is a very displayable plate of fossil shrimp from the Cretaceous.
