This is a nice Cretaceous association plate. It is a shrimp and fish plate (sounds like dinner!) from Lebanon. The shrimp is Carpopenaeus callirostris and the fish is unidentified. The shrimp has very fine detail, with some parts darkened for contrast. The fossil fish at the top of the plate is complete, and there is even a partial shrimp at the bottom. This is a very displayable shrimp and fish fossil (display stand is included for free).
