Here is a nice plate of fossil fish from the Green River Shale of Wyoming. The fish on the left is a large Diplomystus dentatus. The fish on the right is a Knightia humilis. It is unusual to have two different types of fish on the same plate. Both fish are complete and have good detail. The bone structure and fins are very nice. The color and contrast are great. The fossils are well positioned on plate of matrix. This is a fine slab of two different fossil fish from the Eocene of Wyoming.
