This is a Leguminosites lesquereuxiana leaf from the Green River Formation. This is an unusual specimen in that the leaf is still attached to the branch by a short petiole. This is a very rare occurrence. The undulated margins of the leaf are intact. The leaf has great color and contrast. It is well centered on the rectangular block of shale. This is a unique specimen of Leguminosites from the Eocene of Utah.
