This is a unique specimen of Cardiospermum coloradensis, balloon vine, from the Green River Formation. There are two complete leaves and one partial leaf on the plate. These interesting lobed leaves are different in appearance, yet belong to the same species. The fossils have great color and contrast. They are nicely positioned on the natural plate of matrix. This is a very displayable plate of balloon vine leaves.
