This is a beautiful display plate of fossil fish. It is a multiple slab of fish from the Green River Formation of Wyoming. This plate has one Diplomystus dentatus (middle left) and seven Knightia humilis. All the fish are complete and have great detail. The dark-colored fish contrast well with the buff-colored matrix plate. All the fish are naturally positioned and beautifully spaced on the sculpted matrix block. This is a killer "mass mortality" plate of fossil fish, great for display in your home or office (display stand is included for free).
